Systems & Products We Install in Ottawa

Peak Comfort HVAC keeps equipment selection simple on purpose. Instead of listing hundreds of model numbers, we focus on a small set of proven systems that make sense for Ottawa homes—then we size and install them properly.

Whether you’re replacing aging equipment or planning an upgrade, you’ll get clear options, straight answers, and code-true installation—without upsell tactics or scare quotes.

Choose a system category

Pick a category below to see the main equipment lines we install in Ottawa. Each page explains what we recommend, why we recommend it, and how we match the system to the home.

High-efficiency gas furnaces, sized properly and commissioned for safe, quiet heat.

Reliable central A/C options for Ottawa summers—matched to your ductwork and home layout.

Cold-climate ducted heat pumps that cut gas use without sacrificing comfort in winter.

Zoned comfort for additions, basements, and hard-to-heat rooms—clean installs, no shortcuts.

Endless hot water when it makes sense for the home—installed to code with proper venting and gas sizing.

Straightforward, dependable hot water tanks—set up safely with correct valves, venting, and connections.

A simpler lineup, installed the right way

Most comfort problems don’t come from the logo on the front of the unit—they come from poor sizing, airflow issues, sloppy venting, and skipped commissioning. That’s why we’d rather install fewer systems consistently, and do them cleanly every time.

When you request a quote, we confirm:

  • your home’s layout, insulation level, and comfort goals
  • ductwork and return air limitations (static pressure, restrictions, sizing)
  • electrical capacity and breaker requirements where applicable
  • venting/clearances and gas code requirements for fuel-fired equipment
  • what matters to you most: comfort, noise, efficiency, or budget

From there, we narrow it down to one or two options that actually make sense.

Looking for a budget option or something specific?

We do have more value-focused and specialty options available, but we don’t plaster the site with endless model numbers. The right choice depends on the home, the duct system, and what you’re trying to achieve.

If you already have a model in mind—or you’re comparing quotes—send it over. We’ll tell you plainly if it’s a good fit and what trade-offs come with it.

Common questions about our equipment pages

Why don’t you list every model number?

Because model numbers aren’t the hard part. Correct sizing, airflow, venting, electrical, and commissioning are what determine comfort and reliability. We keep the lineup tight so we can install and support it properly.

Can you install other brands?

In many cases, yes—especially if you’re matching another quote or replacing a specific system. We standardize for consistency, parts availability, and long-term support, but we’ll discuss alternatives when there’s a clear reason.

Will you tell me if my ductwork can’t support an upgrade?

Yes. If your duct system can’t handle higher airflow or the static pressure is already too high, we’ll tell you upfront and talk through options—from small corrections to larger improvements.

Do you help with rebates and financing?

Yes. We’ll point you to current rebate paths where applicable and help you choose equipment that actually qualifies, when that’s part of the plan.

Ready to narrow it down to the right system?

If you want clear options and an install done properly, book an in-home estimate. We’ll confirm sizing, check the existing setup, and walk you through the best-fit choices.
