PV40N

John Wood 40 Gallon
Gas Power Vent
Water Heater

The John Wood ProLine® XE PV Series is a power-vented gas tank line built for practical replacements where vent routing flexibility and reliable recovery matter.

PV40N is a 40-gallon option that fits smaller households or tighter mechanical rooms where you still want the advantages of power-venting. It’s commonly a good match for lower to moderate daily demand when recovery and vent layout both need to be practical.

Before we install it, we confirm the vent route can be sized correctly for this model and that the site allows clean service access. We also verify the gas-side realities (supply and shutoff placement) so the unit can run as intended without workaround installs.

We confirm sizing and pricing on site – no pressure, no upsells.
