The RXM24WVJU9 is a Daikin ATMOSPHERA cold-climate single-zone wall-mount ductless heat pump paired with the matching FTXM indoor head. It’s the largest single-zone option in this lineup, using inverter-driven output and R-32 refrigerant to deliver high-capacity heating and cooling with strong cold-weather performance.
This 24k size is for big single zones that actually need it — large open basements, big open-concept main floors, or large areas with significant heat loss/gain (lots of windows, sun exposure, older envelope). Done right, it can be a very effective “main floor” comfort solution without relying as heavily on fossil heat.
At this size, application matters. If the space doesn’t truly need 24k, you can lose comfort stability. We validate the match on-site and make sure placement and commissioning are correct so performance is predictable.
