The 3MXTH24AVJU9 is a Daikin cold-climate multi-zone outdoor heat pump designed to connect to up to three indoor units. It’s inverter-driven, uses R-32 refrigerant, and is set up to be rebate-qualifying when matched with eligible indoor units and installed to program requirements.
This is a strong “3-zone comfort fix” when you’ve got three problem areas that need independent control — for example: main living area + primary bedroom + finished basement, or three bedrooms with different temperature preferences. It keeps the outside of the home clean with one condenser, while giving room-by-room control indoors.
