The ALXS3NN family is a central AC outdoor condenser option designed for straightforward, reliable cooling. Comfort still depends on correct sizing, the right indoor coil match, and a clean, properly commissioned install.
A 1.5 ton system is often in the conversation for smaller footprints: compact townhomes, smaller bungalows, and some condos with ducted air handlers. It can also fit homes where ductwork is limited and you simply can’t move the airflow a larger system would need.
Common pitfalls are oversizing and “paper tonnage.” If the home is tight or recently improved (windows/insulation), going bigger can create short cycles and poorer humidity control. We confirm airflow, coil match, and supply/return limitations before locking in size.
We confirm sizing and pricing on site – no pressure, no upsells.
